Group Coaching for Queer Introverts & HSPs

Group coaching for highly sensitive LGBTQ+ folks who are ready to stop shrinking and start living fully. Build clarity, confidence, and connection without compromising yourself.

Why it’s hard to do this alone

As a queer highly sensitive person, you’re likely carrying a lot, often quietly. When the world doesn’t reflect your way of being, it’s easy to feel like you’re the problem. Group coaching offers a chance to stop white-knuckling it alone and begin healing in the presence of others who get it.

Here’s what many of us are holding beneath the surface:

Solid pink circle

Emotional overwhelm

You’re attuned to everything, mood shifts, social dynamics, tension, which can leave you drained and reactive without even realising why.

A solid yellow circle

Performing to belong

You’ve adapted by hiding parts of yourself to avoid discomfort, criticism, or exclusion, at the cost of authenticity.

Unclear boundaries

You want to help, connect, and show up, but it’s hard to do that without abandoning yourself.

Solid blue circle.

Staying on high alert

You’re constantly reading the room, scanning for rejection or danger, which keeps your nervous system stuck in stress mode.

Solid dark blue circle

Doubting yourself

You question your gifts, ideas, or instincts, even when others reflect your value back to you.

Feeling isolated

It can feel like no one really gets what it’s like to be both sensitive and queer. You might long for connection but feel unsure how, or where, to find it.

How Group Coaching can support LGBTQ+ Introverts & Highly Sensitive People

Group coaching for sensitive queer folks is more than just a weekly session, it’s a space where you’re seen, supported, and stretched alongside others who get it. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. With the right structure, tools, and community, you can grow with more trust, courage, and connection.

Here’s what shifts when you’re supported in community:

Clarity through connection

Reflect in real-time with others and see your own truth more clearly. Discover what matters most and what’s next, without the noise.

Uncover your resilience

Build resilience by practicing boundaries, self-regulation, and nervous system care with others, not just in theory.

Show up as yourself

Feel seen in your queerness and sensitivity without explanation. There’s power in witnessing and being witnessed.

Build confidence

Build the confidence to say no, protect your energy, and make choices rooted in your values, not in people-pleasing or pressure.

Solid dark blue circle

Learning through reflection

With gentle guidance and shared insight, you’ll deepen your awareness and learn to lead from within.

A path forward

You’ll leave with tools, insights, and a renewed sense of direction, grounded in who you are and what you really want.

Working with a LGBTQ+ Coach

Hi, I’m Aimee, a coach for highly sensitive LGBTQ+ people who want to create thriving, meaningful lives without burning out or shrinking themselves to fit the world’s expectations.

As a sensitive queer introvert myself, I know how overwhelming and noisy the world can feel, especially when you have big dreams and deep feelings.

Through my work, I help sensitive and queer folks reconnect with their strengths, trust their inner wisdom, and take aligned, sustainable action. My approach is down-to-earth, affirming, and rooted in the belief that your sensitivity and queerness aren’t obstacles; they’re gifts, and when you learn more about them, you start to embrace them.

How Group Coaching works

After 8 weeks, you’ll feel more equipped, emotionally and practically, to navigate life as a sensitive queer person, with greater trust in yourself and a deeper sense of ease.

It’s important to feel aligned before working together. I offer a free intro call so we can meet, ask questions, and see if it’s a fit. Groups will consist of no more than 6 others, which means you get to know each other and we have time to learn better together. Here’s how we’ll begin:

Solid pink circle

Intro chat

An initial 30-minute conversation to get to know each other and see if we are a fit. We’ll get clear on what you need most right now and build from there.

FAQs

  • Group coaching is a supportive space where a small group of like-minded individuals come together to learn, grow, and share their experiences. Through this programme, you’ll receive personalised guidance while also connecting with others who understand your unique journey. It’s a blend of learning from a coach and each other.

Through coaching, I help highly sensitive queer folks to step out of survival mode, trust themselves and make confident choices

  • Mentoring is helpful if you are looking to better your craft or skillset from someone who has trodden a similar path. It helps to deepen a specialism usually in a professional development space. Mentors give advice and share experiences and insights that can support another person’s journey.

In coaching, a coach holds someone as capable and creative, and they work with them to find their path. Coaching helps support someone in new ways of being and doing. It is a collaborative process where you explore a broader range of areas across life — career, health, relationships, etc. It can involve challenging and powerful questions, reframing perspectives, and is driven towards transformation and change for the person.

Coaching can delve into areas of mental health and bring up strong emotions for people. While working with emotions is integral to coaching and is a supportive safe space to work with clients, ethical coaches know when their client would be better placed in therapy. This is when the client needs to work through deep trauma, rather than process feelings that won’t cause possible harm.

  • Group coaching offers the benefits of community and shared learning, alongside the opportunity for personalised support. While 1:1 coaching focuses solely on you, group coaching brings together people with similar experiences, allowing for collective wisdom, shared accountability, and mutual support.

I am also accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) adhering to their code of ethics.

  • You can expect a safe, supportive environment where you’ll be guided through practical exercises, deep discussions, and reflective activities. Each session will help you gain clarity, build confidence, and take aligned action toward creating a life that feels true to who you are.

  • To ensure everyone gets the support they need, the group size is intentionally kept small. This allows for more personal attention and deeper connections with others. Expect around 5-8 participants per group.

  • Absolutely! Whether you’re new to coaching or have experience, this programme is designed to meet you where you are. The focus is on helping you embrace your sensitivity and build a life that aligns with your true self, no matter your starting point.

  • Life happens! If you miss a session, recordings will be available so you can catch up at your own pace. However, to get the most from the programme, we recommend attending as many sessions as possible to fully engage with the group and the material.

Coaching will involve a commitment to doing the work to make the change. Coming with intent and openness is key for us to get somewhere.

  • If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from your true self, and want to embrace your sensitivity as your superpower, this programme is designed for you. It’s about building a life that feels authentic and aligned with your core values, at your own pace.

  • Once you sign up, I will send you an email with some questions to complete and you will added to the waitlist.

    No payment will be taken.

When the group coaching is open I will email you to make sure you want to continue and timings suit you.

You will then make a payment and you’ll receive all the details for the programme, including session dates, pre-coaching materials, and access to a private group space. You’ll also receive a welcome email with more information on how to prepare for our first session.
