Group Coaching for Queer Introverts & HSPs
Group coaching for highly sensitive LGBTQ+ folks who are ready to stop shrinking and start living fully. Build clarity, confidence, and connection without compromising yourself.

A Group Coaching journey for Highly Sensitive Queer folks
You’re not too much. You’re not too sensitive.
You’re just deeply attuned, and that’s a gift.
If you’ve ever been told to toughen up, stop overthinking, or be less emotional, you’re not alone.
As a highly sensitive queer person, the world can feel overwhelming, loud, and too fast. But you don’t have to go it alone, and you don’t have to change who you are to thrive.
Sensitive Rebels is an intimate group coaching experience designed specifically for people like you:
Highly sensitive
Queer (inclusive of all LGBTQIA+)
Deep-feeling, open-minded, thoughtful, and tired of pretending
This is a space where your sensitivity is celebrated, not fixed, and where your full self is welcome.
How Group Coaching can help LGBTQ+ Introverts & Highly Sensitive People
Being both queer and highly sensitive in a fast-paced, often loud world can feel isolating, especially when most spaces don’t reflect or support your lived experience. Group coaching offers something different.
It’s not about pushing you to be louder, tougher, or more productive.
It’s about giving you the space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with your inner clarity, alongside people who truly get it.
This group coaching program is not about fixing you, it’s about helping you trust your instincts, come home to yourself, and get more in touch with discovering what a deeply fulfilling life looks like for you.
Group coaching offers
Affirming community: You’re not alone. Connect with others who share your sensitivity and queerness.
Safe structure: Gentle accountability and guidance to help you take meaningful action at your own pace.
Emotional support: Navigate your inner world without judgement, with space to process and reflect.
Clarity & confidence: Get unstuck and make aligned choices with greater self-trust.
Shared insight: Learn from others’ experiences, celebrate each other’s growth, and realise you’re not the only one feeling this way.
What becomes possible:
Make clear, grounded decisions
Set boundaries without guilt
Reconnect with your intuition
Heal from emotional overwhelm
Show up fully as your true self
Create relationships that feel safe and affirming
Take action that aligns with your energy and purpose
You don’t have to do it all on your own. In the right space, with the right people, transformation feels possible and sustainable.
Who group coaching is not for
This may not be the right space if you…
Are seeking trauma therapy or clinical support (this is coaching, not therapy).
Prefer large, fast-paced group settings.
Want only one-to-one sessions.
Aren’t open to exploring emotional topics with compassion and curiosity.
“Aimee is kind and compassionate, as well as being an astute observer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.”

Working together
Hi, I’m Aimee (she/her), a coach for highly sensitive LGBTQ+ people who want to create thriving, meaningful lives without burning out or shrinking themselves to fit the world’s expectations. As a sensitive queer introvert myself, I know how overwhelming and noisy the world can feel, especially when you have big dreams and deep feelings.
Through my work, I help sensitive and queer folks reconnect with their strengths, trust their inner wisdom, and take aligned, sustainable action. My approach is down-to-earth, affirming, and rooted in the belief that your sensitivity and queerness aren’t obstacles; they’re gifts and when you learn more about them, you start to embrace them.

Your Group Coaching journey
It’s important to feel aligned before working together. I offer a free intro call so we can meet, ask questions, and see if it’s a fit. Groups will consist of no more than 6 others, which means you get to know each other and we have time to learn better together.
Intro chat: an initial 30-minute 1:1 conversation to get to know each other and see if we can create a trusted, honest, and open space together. No strings attached.
Group Coaching sessions: you will receive calendar invites for all coaching sessions in advance. We will have 90-min session on weekly themes together.
Tools & Insight workbook: you will receive activities and tools for your personal reflection on your goals, aspirations, and challenges to complete before each session.
“With her support, I was able to self-reflect, examine thought processes around what had been holding me back and refresh my mindset.”
- Angela, Leader (she/her)

Mentoring is helpful if you are looking to better your craft or skillset from someone who has trodden a similar path. It helps to deepen a specialism usually in a professional development space. Mentors give advice and share experiences and insights that can support another person’s journey.
In coaching, a coach holds someone as capable and creative, and they work with them to find their path. Coaching helps support someone in new ways of being and doing. It is a collaborative process where you explore a broader range of areas across life — career, health, relationships, etc. It can involve challenging and powerful questions, reframing perspectives, and is driven towards transformation and change for the person.
Coaching can delve into areas of mental health and bring up strong emotions for people. While working with emotions is integral to coaching and is a supportive safe space to work with clients, ethical coaches know when their client would be better placed in therapy. This is when the client needs to work through deep trauma, rather than process feelings that won’t cause possible harm.

Group coaching offers the benefits of community and shared learning, alongside the opportunity for personalised support. While 1:1 coaching focuses solely on you, group coaching brings together people with similar experiences, allowing for collective wisdom, shared accountability, and mutual support.
