Highly Sensitive LGBTQ+ Business Coaching
Are you a heart-centred business owner who’s ready to grow your income and impact without burning out or betraying your values? Move from overwhelm to clarity, and take confident, aligned actions to build the business (and life) you want?

Thrive as a Heart-Centered creative leader
As a highly sensitive LGBTQ+ creator, entrepreneur, or leader, you don't just build ventures, you pour your soul into work that matters. You feel your clients' needs deeply, sense when something isn't quite right in your team dynamics, and notice the subtle shifts that others might miss. This profound awareness, combined with your lived experience of navigating the world as a queer person, is what makes your work so meaningful. But in a business world that often values speed over depth and conformity over authenticity, it can sometimes feel overwhelming.
You might have heard that you're too emotional for leadership or too idealistic for real business success. Maybe well-meaning mentors have encouraged you to toughen up, hustle harder, or follow strategies that felt completely misaligned with who you are. As an LGBTQ+ person, you may have also faced the additional pressure to prove yourself in spaces where your identity isn't fully welcomed, or felt the exhaustion of constantly deciding how much of yourself to reveal in professional settings.
You may have tried to dim both your sensitivity and your queerness to fit into spaces that weren't designed for people like you, or pushed through burnout thinking that's just what success requires. Perhaps you've built something significant, but there's a persistent feeling that you're performing a version of leadership that doesn't quite fit, one that asks you to hide parts of yourself to be taken seriously.
If you're exhausted from compartmentalising who you are, or if you're ready to stop apologising for the depth of your care, your vision, and your authentic self, here's what you need to know:
Your sensitivity and your queerness aren't holding you back from success, they're the very things that will set you apart. Your ability to feel deeply, connect authentically, lead with both strength and compassion, and bring perspectives that others might miss isn't a liability in business. It's exactly what the world needs more of. When you learn to leverage these gifts intentionally, you can create work that's both profitable and profoundly fulfilling.
You don't need to become someone else to succeed. You need to become more fully yourself.
“This coaching... it's not just useful, it's been life-changing.”
- Jonathan, Founder (he/him)
How Coaching can help LGBTQ+ Introverts & Highly Sensitive Leaders and Founders
Running a business or leading as a highly sensitive LGBTQ+ person can feel like navigating a world that wasn't designed for people like you. The constant noise, the pressure to hustle harder, the advice to toughen up, none of it feels right because it isn't right for how you're wired. You care deeply about your work and your impact, but that depth of caring can sometimes feel overwhelming in fast-paced business environments.
Coaching designed specifically for LGBTQ+ highly sensitive people isn't about fixing what's wrong with you; it's about coming home to yourself and building success on your own terms.
How Coaching can transform your business or Leadership as an LGBTQ+ HSP
Emotional resilience: helps you navigate business decisions with confidence, set boundaries without guilt, and heal from past setbacks while staying open-hearted and connected.
Lead authentically: without burning out, get clear on goals that actually excite you rather than following someone else's blueprint, and develop practices that reconnect you with your intuition and creativity. This approach honours both your sensitivity and your queerness as interconnected strengths rather than obstacles to overcome.
Sensitive systems and strategies: to support rather than stifle your natural rhythms, learn to show up in marketing and sales with integrity and ease, and build a business that feels like home, where you can be fully yourself, make the impact you're meant to make, and feel genuinely fulfilled. Instead of forcing yourself into a mould that doesn't fit, you'll discover how to leverage your unique gifts to create something both meaningful and sustainable.

A coach holds someone as capable and creative, and they work with them to find their path. Coaching helps support someone in new ways of being and doing. It is a collaborative process where you explore a broader range of areas across life — career, health, relationships, etc. It can involve challenging and powerful questions, reframing perspectives, and is driven towards transformation and growth.
Through coaching, I help highly sensitive queer folks to step out of survival mode, trust themselves and make confident choices

Mentoring is helpful if you are looking to better your craft or skillset from someone who has trodden a similar path. It helps to deepen a specialism usually in a professional development space. Mentors give advice and share experiences and insights that can support another person’s journey.

Coaching can delve into areas of mental health and bring up strong emotions for people. While working with emotions is integral to coaching and is a supportive safe space to work with clients, ethical coaches know when their client would be better placed in therapy. This is when the client needs to work through deep trauma, rather than process feelings that won’t cause possible harm.

Our coaching relationship is confidential, non-judgemental, and supportive in seeking the change you want to see. I bring compassion, energy, honesty, accountability, and a safe space to share what you need. I can ask challenging questions but I will never cross boundaries of trust.
I am also accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) adhering to their code of ethics.

Co-Active training is recognised as the ‘gold standard’ of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research.
Co-Active coaching is based on discovery, awareness, and choice. It uncovers what we are doing, and explores who we are being in the world. Based on the principles that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole; Co-Active means simply “being in action…together” or “being together…in action.”

A laser session is a short 20-minute highly focussed session that can happen between regular coaching sessions. It is a quick way to unblock some thinking patterns or process a specific issue. These sessions are ad-hoc and booked in when needed.

In my experience coaching online is just as effective as in-person - and it’s a lot more convenient for clients. That being said, I am very open to connecting in-person and will be looking to do retreats in the future.
I currently work with clients remotely over Zoom or Google Meet and there is additional support via email in between sessions if needed. I love that I get to work with people from all over the world and have coached people from 🇺🇸 🇪🇸 🇭🇷 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇳🇱 🇨🇦 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 🇹🇭 🇸🇬 🇺🇬

Coaching is a collaborative process where we will work together in explorations that lead to impactful insight and fresh thought. It can involve challenging questions and evoke deep insights and powerful change. Sometimes new insights can happen fast and sometimes not, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching and we will work together to explore what comes up for you.
Coaching will involve a commitment to doing the work to make the change. Coming with intent and openness is key for us to get somewhere.

Yes, of course - if you are an ally. This simply means that you are heterosexual and/or cisgender person who tries to make the world a better place for people who identify as LGBTQIA+ through support and inclusion, then you are welcome to coaching together.

The price of coaching is based on the overall value it brings to your life. Coaching is highly personalised and an invaluable space for personal development. The value and benefits can be immediate and/or continue over the years, from role to role, throughout a career and a lifetime.
I don’t sell one-off coaching sessions because experience has shown me that measurable results and lasting change need time to process and action. The strategy session is a strategic business consultancy session, and not explicitly coaching.
Research shows that fewer than 8 sessions often aren’t enough to create lasting change, especially for neurodiverse minds, and I want my clients to get sustainable results that last.
I do offer a limited number of low income coaching sessions throughout the year. Please message me and tell me a little about yourself to join the waitlist.
Check out the community for a lower-cost alternative to one-to-one coaching that includes HSP resources and peer support.

Yes, organisations often pay for coaching from learning and training budgets. Asking for support might be because of
a new role or level in leadership
needing support with imposter syndrome
low self-confidence or self-esteem
areas of improvement in performance
personal development and self-improvement
Companies can pay in full or part for coaching. Feel free to get in touch and see if we are good fit, and we can discuss what works best for you.

Prefer life coaching over business coaching?
If you’re navigating life as a highly sensitive or queer person, you don’t have to do it alone. Life coaching can help you feel more grounded, clear, and in touch with what really matters. If you’re curious, take a look and get in touch - we can see if it feels like a good fit.
