Business Coaching for LGBTQ+ HSPs
Are you a heart-centred business owner who’s ready to grow your income and impact without burning out or betraying your values? Move from overwhelm to clarity, and take confident, aligned actions to build the business (and life) you want?

Challenges for Sensitive Queer Leaders
If you’re a sensitive queer leader, creator, or solopreneur, you’re likely forging a path that doesn’t follow traditional rules, and that’s both powerful and exhausting. The systems around you weren’t built with your nervous system, identity, or values in mind. Instead of thriving, you might find yourself doubting, dimming, or running on empty.
Here’s what many LGBTQ+ HSPs are navigating beneath the surface:
Rejection sensitivity
You’re not just managing tasks, you’re holding emotional energy, creative pressure, and invisible labour. Every launch, post, or offer feels like putting your heart on the line, and the fear of being rejected for who you are or how you work can be paralysing.
Being judged
Whether you’re leading a project, speaking up online, or sharing something vulnerable, part of you is always scanning for danger, especially in the form of criticism, misunderstanding, or being too much. That constant vigilance drains your clarity and creativity.
Personal failure
You want to make your vision real, but you also carry the weight of “what if it doesn’t work?” You second-guess your ideas, overthink every move, and get stuck trying to get it perfect, just in case failure means you were never cut out for this in the first place.
Getting it wrong
You want to do things ethically, responsibly, and with care. But that high standard can make it feel terrifying to make a mistake, upset someone, or be called out. So you shrink, overthink, or play it safe, even when your ideas are bold and needed.
Fear of visibility
You crave connection and recognition, but being seen also feels risky. Especially if you’ve had to mask your queerness, your softness, or your sensitivity just to be accepted. Visibility brings up the fear of being misunderstood, attacked, or simply too exposed.
Weight of success
It sounds strange, but success brings its own weight. What if you’re seen more? What if expectations grow? What if you finally get what you wanted… and still feel not enough? This fear often hides beneath procrastination or resistance to visibility.
“This coaching... it's not just useful, it's been life-changing.”

Build work that works with your Nervous System
LGBTQ+ HSP Business Coaching creates a space where your sensitivity and queerness are strategic strengths, not liabilities. Instead of hustling through burnout, second-guessing every move, or forcing yourself to fit into traditional business moulds, you’ll learn to lead and take action with clarity, calm, and confidence.
Here’s what’s possible when your business supports you as much as you support it:
Gain strategic clarity
Cut through the noise and get clear on your vision, your values, and what truly matters, so your next steps aren’t just smart, they’re sustainable
Nervous system support
Build a business that grows at your pace. Learn how to regulate your nervous system so your capacity expands without constant exhaustion or crash cycles.
Authentic confidence
Own your voice and visibility without masking. Share your work in ways that feel natural, honest, and aligned with who you are, not how you think you should be.
Energy aligned boundaries
Create strong boundaries that honour your sensitivity. Say no without guilt, yes with confidence, and stop leaking energy on what doesn’t serve you.
Grounded expression
Make business decisions from a grounded place, not from panic, pressure, or comparison. Learn to trust yourself deeply as a queer, sensitive leader.
Sustainable success
Design a business model that supports your nervous system, queerness, and brings in income in a way that feels genuinely good, not just good enough.
“Aimee is kind and compassionate, as well as being an astute observer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.”

Working with a LGBTQ+ Business Coach
Hi, I’m Aimee, a Certified Professional Coach & Consultant. I coach ambitious, heart-centred entrepreneurs who want to grow their business in a way that feels clear, grounded, and real. No hype, no pressure, just thoughtful, powerful support that honours your way of working.
I believe in an inside-out approach, not an outside-in way of being. Our nervous system is the foundation of how we show up in our work or business. Think of it as your internal operating system. Just like a computer runs smoothly when its software is healthy and updated, your business runs best when your nervous system feels safe, regulated, and supported.
Supporting your nervous system isn’t separate from business strategy; it’s essential to how you operate, grow, and succeed in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.
I get it. I’m a sensitive human and a purpose-led entrepreneur spirit too.

FAQs

A coach holds someone as capable and creative, and they work with them to find their path. Coaching helps support someone in new ways of being and doing. It is a collaborative process where you explore a broader range of areas across life — career, health, relationships, etc. It can involve challenging and powerful questions, reframing perspectives, and is driven towards transformation and growth.
Through coaching, I help highly sensitive queer folks to step out of survival mode, trust themselves and make confident choices

Mentoring is helpful if you are looking to better your craft or skillset from someone who has trodden a similar path. It helps to deepen a specialism usually in a professional development space. Mentors give advice and share experiences and insights that can support another person’s journey.

Coaching can delve into areas of mental health and bring up strong emotions for people. While working with emotions is integral to coaching and is a supportive safe space to work with clients, ethical coaches know when their client would be better placed in therapy. This is when the client needs to work through deep trauma, rather than process feelings that won’t cause possible harm.

Our coaching relationship is confidential, non-judgemental, and supportive in seeking the change you want to see. I bring compassion, energy, honesty, accountability, and a safe space to share what you need. I can ask challenging questions but I will never cross boundaries of trust.
I am also accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) adhering to their code of ethics.

Co-Active training is recognised as the ‘gold standard’ of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research.
Co-Active coaching is based on discovery, awareness, and choice. It uncovers what we are doing, and explores who we are being in the world. Based on the principles that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole; Co-Active means simply “being in action…together” or “being together…in action.”
-
A laser session is a short 20-minute highly focussed session that can happen between regular coaching sessions. It is a quick way to unblock some thinking patterns or process a specific issue. These sessions are ad-hoc and booked in when needed.

In my experience coaching online is just as effective as in-person - and it’s a lot more convenient for clients. That being said, I am very open to connecting in-person and will be looking to do retreats in the future.
I currently work with clients remotely over Zoom or Google Meet and there is additional support via email in between sessions if needed. I love that I get to work with people from all over the world and have coached people from 🇺🇸 🇪🇸 🇭🇷 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇳🇱 🇨🇦 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 🇹🇭 🇸🇬 🇺🇬

Coaching is a collaborative process where we will work together in explorations that lead to impactful insight and fresh thought. It can involve challenging questions and evoke deep insights and powerful change. Sometimes new insights can happen fast and sometimes not, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching and we will work together to explore what comes up for you.
Coaching will involve a commitment to doing the work to make the change. Coming with intent and openness is key for us to get somewhere.

Yes, of course - if you are an ally. This simply means that you are heterosexual and/or cisgender person who tries to make the world a better place for people who identify as LGBTQIA+ through support and inclusion, then you are welcome to coaching together.

The price of coaching is based on the overall value it brings to your life. Coaching is highly personalised and an invaluable space for personal development. The value and benefits can be immediate and/or continue over the years, from role to role, throughout a career and a lifetime.
I don’t sell one-off coaching sessions because experience has shown me that measurable results and lasting change need time to process and action. The strategy session is a strategic business consultancy session, and not explicitly coaching.
Research shows that fewer than 8 sessions often aren’t enough to create lasting change, especially for neurodiverse minds, and I want my clients to get sustainable results that last.
I do offer a limited number of low income coaching sessions throughout the year. Please message me and tell me a little about yourself to join the waitlist.
Check out the community for a lower-cost alternative to one-to-one coaching that includes HSP resources and peer support.

Yes, organisations often pay for coaching from learning and training budgets. Asking for support might be because of
a new role or level in leadership
needing support with imposter syndrome
low self-confidence or self-esteem
areas of improvement in performance
personal development and self-improvement
Companies can pay in full or part for coaching. Feel free to get in touch and see if we are good fit, and we can discuss what works best for you.

Prefer life coaching over business coaching?
If you’re navigating life as a highly sensitive or queer person, you don’t have to do it alone. Life coaching can help you feel more grounded, clear, and in touch with what really matters. If you’re curious, take a look and get in touch - we can see if it feels like a good fit.
